Refund policy

How to ask

The Carbon Air Ti 4 carries a 3-year warranty from delivery, backed by Carbon Air, against manufacturing defects in the air beams, seams, fabric and valves. Punctures, thorn damage, misuse and normal wear are not covered. We repair or replace at our choice. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Email [email protected] with your CA- order number. Say what happened. Attach photos if the parcel arrived damaged or the goods are not as described. We assess each request from that email.

Cancel before dispatch

You may cancel an unpaid order, or a paid order that has not yet been packed, by emailing [email protected] with the CA- order number. We confirm before packing starts. If you already paid and we have not packed, we refund the goods and the shipping you paid on that order.

After dispatch

Change-of-mind returns are not offered once the parcel has left the Tableview area, unless the law requires otherwise. Outdoor cabin kits are large specialty gear. We do not take them back unused for a change of mind after they have left.

Defective or not as described

If the goods are defective or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund as required under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, where it applies. That is not a change-of-mind return.

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or not as described, email promptly with the CA- order number and photos.

Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. Remote or express quoted separately. If you return a tent for a reason that isn't our fault, return delivery is at your cost.

Warranty

Email [email protected] with your CA- order number for a warranty or defect assessment. Statutory remedies under the CPA still apply where they apply.
