These terms apply to orders placed on carbonair.co.za.

Who sells

Bazmaati Investments (Pty) Ltd t/a Carbon Air is the merchant of record for carbonair.co.za checkout. Company registration 2026/709355/07.

Earth to Air is the official South African distributor and may also sell and fulfil. Orders placed on this storefront are sold by Bazmaati Investments (Pty) Ltd.

What is sold

Carbon Air Ti 4 — the 4 man tent — at R22,500 (ZAR). The public in-the-box list is on Shop. Prices on this storefront are in South African rand.

Order process

  1. Place the order on checkout.
  2. We issue a CA- order number.
  3. Pay Bazmaati Investments (Pty) Ltd by bank transfer (EFT). Use the CA- order number as the payment reference — keep the CA- prefix.
  4. Email proof of payment to [email protected].
  5. We pack after the transfer clears. See Shipping policy.

Payment

Pay by bank transfer (EFT) to Bazmaati Investments (Pty) Ltd. Bank details appear on the EFT confirmation screen. Ozow Instant EFT and Payfast on checkout register interest only until those rails open.

Shipping

Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. Remote or express quoted separately. Packing starts after payment clears. The full policy is on Shipping.

Use of the cabin

Ti 4 is outdoor gear. You are responsible for site choice, pegging, and whether conditions are fit to pitch. Use the product as described on this site.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
